Circet Italia S.p.A., a leading company in the design and construction of networks and
systems for telecommunications, transport and energy, based in San Giovanni Teatino (CH),
completed the acquisition of Tekna Servizi S.r.l., based in Massa Martana, Perugia.
This transaction marks an important step forward in Circet Italia’s growth strategy which,
with €379 million in production in 2022, further strengthens its position in mobile
telephony and data centre infrastructure.
Thanks to an organisation of more than 1,200 qualified employees spread over about 50
locations in the territory, to its engineering capacity and expertise, Circet Italia is among
the first Italian companies to which the most important national operators and technology
vendors entrust the implementation and maintenance of their strategic networks. Circet
Italia is part of the Circet Group, a global leader in telecommunications.
With the acquisition of Tekna Servizi, Circet Italia strengthens its offering of state-of-theart
solutions to meet customers’ needs in an increasingly effective and innovative way.
The law firm Gitti and Partners followed the legal aspects of the acquisition with a
multidisciplinary team led by partners Stefano Roncoroni and Jessica Fiorani and
composed of senior associate Valeria Pistoni, associate Francesca Annibale and
junior associate Martina Maltese for corporate aspects, partner Elisa Mapelli and
associate Francesco Cannavina for labour law aspects, and partner Flavio Monfrini
and associate Filippo Maria Valle for aspects pertaining to the processing of personal
data and the administrative liability of entities.
The buyer was assisted by New Deal Advisors, which performed the financial due
diligence with a team led by Antonio Ficetti Gasco and Gaetano Attanasio.
The tax aspects of the transaction were handled by Chiaravalli Reali e Associati with a
team comprising David Reali and Marco Curti.
The seller was assisted by Imprenditore Smart S.p.A. for financial and tax aspects,
with a team led by Sebastiano Di Diego and Stefano Antonelli, and by Baldi &
Partners for legal aspects, with a team led by partner Francesca Baldi and senior
associate Ilaria Ballabeni.
