S.r.l., active in the mechanical recycling of plastics and platform company of European asset manager Ambienta Sgr S.p.A., acquired Parini S.r.l., an Italian company active in the engineering, development and production of machinery for the mechanical sorting of plastic waste. PedersoliGattai assisted Previero with a team led by partner Alessandro Marena and composed of senior associate Elisa Bertoni and associate Giulio Battuello, who handled the M&A aspects of the transaction.
